War Museum in Ottawa

I finally went to the War Museum on Sunday. We took my parents who are
in town visiting and I think we all got something out of it. I would
go back again sometime. It is an impressive presentation, collection
and building.

Photos:
Hitler’s car, an Enigma machine and a little story about the Germans
setting up a remote weather station on the coast of Canada, that would
go unnoticed for nearly four decades.

  • About Me

In the 1980′s I discovered computing and began tenaciously typing in BASIC programs from the back of magazines.
After nearly thirty years a computer has rarely been out of my reach. The focus of my work has been in software programming evolving from QuickBasic through VisualBasic, C++, and in the 1990′s as the Internet exploded into the mainstream I began a career working with HTML, CSS, PHP & Javascript. Along the way I graduated from college, worked within the government for a decade and assimilated a wide array of knowledge and experience.

While I work primarily as a web developer my continuing interest in problem solving keeps me current in many areas of computer and consumer technology. If you have a problem with a computer, device or just want to learn more; it is assured that I can help you find the answers and solutions you seek. It'a a great thing for me to help people get beyond their technical trouble.
